NGC 274 ist eine elliptische Galaxie im Sternbild Walfisch, welche etwa 63 Millionen Lichtjahre von der Erde entfernt ist. Sie wechselwirkt mit NGC 275.
Die Galaxie NGC 274 wurde am 10. September 1785 von dem deutsch-britischen Astronomen Friedrich Wilhelm Herschel entdeckt.
